Note: All listings enabled for Auto Relist / GTC renewal will be blocked at the time of auto relist / renewal if the Shipping cost defined in the listing exceeds the max shipping cap. When you view an item, you can see if the seller ships to your area, the shipping services available, the cost of shipping, and if shipping insurance can be added. The seller can use flat cost shipping, which is the same price to all buyers. Sellers will sometimes list two or more shipping services. If you still don’t receive the item, our Resolution Centre can help you work out the problem with the seller. See what to do if you don't receive your item . Sellers can charge reasonable shipping and handling fees to cover the costs for mailing, packaging, and handling the items that they sell. However, charging excessive fees for shipping violates our Excessive Shipping Charges policy. Review the item description carefully to make sure you understand what the shipping costs are.
